We inform that on September 4th, 2025, TPF Sp. z o.o. signed an agreement with the GDDKiA Rzeszów Branch for the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a new alignment of National Road No. 9 (GP class) on the section from the Nowa Dęba bypass to the S74 expressway.

The scope of work includes the preparation of the Technical-Economic-Environmental Study (STEŚ) along with materials for the environmental decision application (DŚU). The documentation will include alternative route options, technical, economic, and environmental analyses, as well as the necessary studies and consultations.

The project is scheduled for completion within 24 months from the date of signing the agreement. The result will be a comprehensive set of documentation enabling the subsequent stages of the investment.

The new section of DK9 is of strategic importance for the development of the regional road network. It will divert transit traffic from built-up areas, improving the flow of both passenger and transit transport along the Rzeszów – Radom – Warsaw route. Additionally, it will connect the Nowa Dęba bypass with the express road network, shorten travel time, increase traffic safety, and eliminate so-called bottlenecks that currently slow down vehicle movement, enhancing overall travel comfort.
