On Monday, October 13th, representatives of TPF Sp. z o.o. had the pleasure of participating in the Congress of Legal Departments of State-Owned Companies, which brought together experts and practitioners from the fields of law, management, and corporate governance.

A significant part of the discussion was devoted to the issue of dispute resolution, in particular the role of mediation as an effective and increasingly popular form of alternative dispute resolution in business relations.

TPF Sp. z o.o. was represented by Mr. Piotr Dudek – Project Engineer / Consultant, who actively took part in the discussion on the role of mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods in the day-to-day operations of public companies.
