TPF Sp. z o.o. was established in Warsaw in 1994. It is a member of an international TPF S.A. group with headquarters in Brussels. Comprehensive, tailored to the individual needs of the clients offer includes all the phases of construction projects execution, dedicated both to public and private investments.

The fundamental activity of the TPF company is providing engineering services in the following fields: architecture, road and rail transport, water management, municipal wastewater management, natural environment and energetics. TPF offers professional services including: investment consulting, construction expertise, opinions, formal and legal elaborations, full investment process services and project elaborations on each stage of the execution. The last category consists of: feasibility studies, conceptual projects, construction and executive planning, as well as investor supervision or contract management.

TPF's mission is dynamic and creative participation in construction projects executions, based on substansive discussion between all the participants of an investment process. Moreover, there is an ability for empathy and skillful conducting of discussions respecting the client's will. We guarantee the highest level of services to our clients and use sustainable solutions, which combine quality, safety and modern technologies with respect for natural enwironment.

TPF company actively engages into architectural projects of high ecological characteristics verified by BREEAM, LEED or WELL certifications.

We develop our experience and knowledge by sticking to the highest standards, technologies and the best practices of the construction industry. Therefore, we can improve the quality of life and fulfill our clients' dreams. To do so, we have also implemented the BIM system (Building Information Modeling) and actively using it in our projects.

TPF is guided by the rule, saying that the most value of the company comes from its workers. ITs development and success of each project depends on competences and engagement of all the specialists. Currently, more than 300 professionals from different fields work for TPF on more than 30 projects with annual turnover of about 50 mln PLN nett.

More than 20 years of experience gained at TPF company, including experience in designing and managing the infrastructure projects of road, rail and environmental protection industries.

The Director of Infrastructure Department since June 2019. The graduate of Rzeszów University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, the field of construction and maintenance of bridges. More than 15 years of experience, including 10 years experience in managing the infrastructure projects of road and rail industries at TPF Sp. z o.o. at the position of the head of the project .

The Head of Supervisors Department since April 2019. The graduate of Cracow University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering. 18 years of experience, including 10 years experience in managing the infrastructure projects of road and rail industries gained at TPF Sp. z o.o. company at the position of supervision inspector, head of the project, resident engineer and project engineer.

Manages the broad process of orders acquisition executed on the basis of Government Procurement. Experience in field of infrastructure projects of road, rail and architecture areas. Associated with TPF for more than 11 years.

Manages the department on the level of current projects, contact with the Clients, establishing the directions of the development and new projects acquisition. The graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Architecture. An architect with more than 15 years of experience in designing and managing all the phases of the process of creation of public and private sector documentation. Joined TPF company in 2012. Manages the architecture department since 2019, respoding to the execution of the current projects and the department development.

The Head of the Road Design Department since November 2017. The graduate of Military University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering. 12 years of experience in both project executions and construction works in the road industry. Manages road projects executed by the company, at the same time building Client and business partners relationships.

The Head of the Rail Design Department since August 2018. The graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering. Experience in project executions and construction works in track industry. Manages railway projects executed by the company, building Client and business partners relationships.

A financial controller with more than 10 years of experience in international business. The graduate of Economics at Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Since 2019 responsible for the on-going financial analysis of TPF's results, close cooperation with accounting, statutory auditors and financial institutions working with the company.

The Head of Administration since 2006. Deals with wide range of activities including administration, finance and team management, aimed at proper functioning of the office and maintenance of relevant conditions for pleasant and effective work of the whole team.

Charity

We have decided to redistribute 5 % of TPF’s earnings after tax to organizations ensuring children welfare (food, education, security, etc). The year 2015 is the first year of implementation of this process, based on our results in 2014. We are particularly pleased to have received the agreement of our minority shareholders in TPF’s subsidiaries all around the world. The selection of these organisations resulted in the establishment of committees in various countries involving our staff. In 2017, the Foundation was able to support eleven associations financially.
