In TPF group the idea of sustainability is treated as a core of a good business practice. We are strongly involved into spreading this issue using interdisciplinary approach. Green projects uniquely designed by TPF architects. Competence in BREEAM and LEED certifications
In years our projects have been carried out with respect to the key principles of sustainability. In 2008 we created Tulipan House - our first eco-friendly building project. It has contributed to one of the first BREEAM In-Use certificates in Poland. Another example of TPF executions are two buildings of Gdański Business Centre, which was highly distinguished with BREEAM International New Construction certificate. Working on the project we have took into consideration specialized requirements in the fields of ecology, hydrology, energetic, acoustics or biophilia.

We have also used our sustainable design skills in executions for public procurement sector. For example, Medical Simulation Center project created for the Medical University of Warsaw. The majority of elements have been implemented there according to the requirements of the newest version of BREEAM system. We are now the unique workshop formed by a team of architects and licensed LEED/BREEAM consultants with practical assessor experience. Therefore, we are able to implement the certification requirements at the stage of developing concept. We also refine advanced projects for the General Contractor. Cooperation with us benefits both the major investor and environment.
An intelligent facade system. Briefly about TPF specialists activity in European scientific project
MEEFS Retrofitting project implemented by an international team of engineers in 2012-2017. Our goal was to create a multifunctional facade system used at renovation of the existing buildings.

We have worked on seven technological units as Vacuum Insulated Panel, plant panel, sun protection panel, solar (photo-voltaic) panels, solar thermal collector.

As a result of our cooperation there was created a unique facade system demonstrated in the existing residential building in Mérida, Spain. The observation was conducted a few years ago, changing and optimizing panels configuration. The research was successful and we managed to prove the positive influence of our solution on the energy efficiency of the object and users comfort.

The key features of the system are: the combination of active and passive technologies, sun protection and energy absorption, intelligent control, personalized panel configuration, the ability to change the configuration depending on the time of the year, easy installation and maintenance, the ability of producing on a larger scale, total waste recycling, resistance to external factors, the ability of the investment costs recovery in few years.

The original environmental education program carried out by TPF Group team worldwide
Environmental Education Program (PEA) is the original educational initiative carried out for the first time in 2013-2015 by our colleagues representing TPF Group in Brazil. The venture was presented in Minas Gerais region, during one of the world's biggest iron ore mining operations. The educational program was targeted at the local community faced the process of resettlement. We've worked out the didactic material and created a series of thematic workshops. We have also orginized environmental meetings with the resettlement families, aimed at helping them to adapt in the new place of residence. Pupils willing took part in the environmental contests. Over the years, environmental activity has developed on the wider scale.

PEA program was restarted in 2017-2018 during Alto Tiete drainage basin valleys environment recovery. The recovery was carried out in order to improve the quality of life of local people suffering from floods. The members of TPF Group were running educational and social activities to enable citizens positive perception of the environment as something close and significant.
