On June 1, 2026, TPF Sp. z o.o. signed a contract with Jana Pawła II International Airport Kraków-Balice to prepare the comprehensive, multi-disciplinary design documentation for a new office complex. The investment is part of the airport's long-term development strategy, stemming from the need to relocate offices from the current administration building to free up space for a future passenger terminal. The new facility, with a planned area of approximately 9,500 sq. m., will house office space for Kraków Airport and MPL Services employees, the headquarters of the Aviation Education Centre, and space for a future police station.

TPF Sp. z o.o. implemented for General Directorate for National Roads and Highways in Warsaw supervision of the design and works implementation, as well as contract management of the project The road construction of S3 Troszyn - Świnoujście, section 1 Świnoujście - Dargobądz (without the interchange).

On October 1, 2025, TPF signed a contract with the Regional Roads Authority in Olsztyn for performing the role of Contract Engineer for the project: “Reconstruction of Regional Road No. 651 on the Gołdap – Dubeninki section.” Under the terms of the contract, TPF will be responsible, among other things, for: investor’s supervision (Supervision Inspector), coordination of the work of other inspectors, performing all activities related to obtaining the occupancy permit for the road and structures covered by the contract.
