On 24.09.2022, the Engineer issued a Certificate of Acceptance for the works covered by the Contract, recognizing that the entire works were substantially completed in accordance with the Contract on 27.08.2022.

TPF Sp. z o.o. performs for the General Directorate of National Roads and Highways the service entitled: Supervision of the design and execution of the Works and management of the investment: Design and construction of the S-5 expressway on the section Nowe Marzy - Bydgoszcz - border of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Wielkopolskie Voivodships, divided into parts: Part 1 "Design and construction of S-5 expressway on the section from Nowe Marzy junction (without junction) to Dworzysko junction (with junction) with a length of about 23.3km."

The project includes the management and supervision of the design and construction of the S-5 expressway on the section from Nowe Marzy (without interchange) - Dworzysko (with interchange) with two lanes in both directions with a length of about 23.3km, construction of 1 new interchange and reconstruction of 4 existing interchanges (incorporation into the newly designed road system), construction and reconstruction of engineering structures, construction and reconstruction of the existing network of public roads and internal roads, construction of sidewalks, bicycle paths and bus bays, as well as construction and reconstruction of technical infrastructure, in particular lighting, power, sewage, telecommunications, gas and traffic management system networks.

The aforementioned section constitutes a fragment of the S-5 expressway between Nowe Marzy and Bydgoszcz and the border of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Wielkopolskie Voivodeships, and is located in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, in the district of Świecie, in the municipalities of Dragacz and Świecie.
