TPF Sp. z o.o. has signed an agreement with the John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice for the development of multi-disciplinary design documentation for a new office complex for one of the most dynamically developing airports in Poland.
The new facility will be an important element of the airport's long-term development strategy. It will include office space for Kraków Airport and MPL Services, the headquarters of the Aviation Education Centre, and space for a future police station. The investment will also cover the communication layout and parking infrastructure.
The project will be carried out in accordance with the highest standards of sustainable construction, with the aim of obtaining BREEAM certification and implementing solutions that support the reduction of CO₂ emissions and the target of zero emissions for the facility during its operational phase.
As part of the task, TPF Sp. z o.o. will develop comprehensive design documentation for the investment, including architectural, structural, and industry-specific solutions. The project will be prepared in cooperation with the investor, taking into account the functional, technical, and environmental requirements related to the development of airport infrastructure.
