On 2 February 2026 in Tarnobrzeg, designers from the TPF team, with the participation of representatives of the Contracting Authority – GDDKiA Rzeszów Branch, organized and conducted the first of a series of informational meetings concerning the preparation of the Technical-Economic-Environmental Study (STEŚ) and the documentation required for the application for an Environmental Decision (DŚU).

The meeting concerned the GP-class section of National Road DK9 – from the Nowa Dęba bypass to the S74 expressway in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.

The discussions were very effective and provided us, as designers, with a great deal of valuable information from the community’s perspective regarding local conditions and everyday transport needs.

For TPF, feedback received “from the field” is of great value – it complements our analyses and helps us better understand how the area functions in reality.
