The year 2024 was a groundbreaking one for TPF Sp. z o.o. in terms of social initiatives. For the first time, our company joined the „Szlachetna Paczka” („The Noble Box”) campaign, offering support to a family in need. This experience demonstrated the great value of collective action and the joy that comes from helping those who are facing difficult life circumstances.
Our goal was to support Ms. Janina – an elderly woman living alone, who, despite numerous challenges, had never asked for help. The preparation of the care package was a result of the entire TPF team’s dedication. Employees worked together to gather funds, select the necessary items, and carefully pack them, paying attention to every detail.
The moment of delivering the gifts turned into a true "miracle." Ms. Janina welcomed the volunteers with joy and emotion. As she unwrapped the gifts, she couldn’t hide her feelings – the warm slippers quickly found their place on her feet, the new sweater and shoes brought a genuine smile, and seeing the beautiful tablecloth brought tears to her eyes. Even Ms. Janina’s beloved cat, Miki, received a gift – a supply of his favorite food, adding the joy of the moment.
For our team, it was a unique experience that proved that help has both a material and a spiritual dimension. Ms. Janina’s smile and the emotion on her face were the most valuable thank-you we could have received. At the same time, this initiative brought our employees closer together, showing that collective efforts can lead to incredible results.
Participating in Szlachetna Paczka is evidence that TPF Sp. z o.o.'s ESG strategy (Environmental, Social, Governance) is not just a declaration but a tangible commitment to the community. We aim to make such initiatives a permanent part of our operations and hope that future editions of Szlachetna Paczka will bring even more goodness and support to those in need.
