We are pleased to announce that on behalf of the Pomerania Development Agency, TPF Sp. z o.o. is developing a project for the Letnica Offise office building at 12 Sucha Street in Gdansk.

Located in the Letnica district, near the Polsat Plus Arena stadium, the modern office building will be the headquarters of institutions and agencies associated with the local government of the Pomeranian region. In addition, the building will house service premises, including a gym and a medical clinic, as well as a kindergarten.

The construction by the Pomerania Development Agency will be another investment related to the revitalization of the district, which has been underway for several years. This until recently neglected part of the city is now one of the fastest growing districts of Gdansk.

The building has 5 floors above ground and an underground garage. The usable area of the office and service part of the offices is a total of 9,000 sqm. The building is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027.
