TPF Sp. z o.o.’s new headquarters in Warsaw

Due to the rapid growth of TPF’s business, a decision was made to relocate the company’s headquarters. The new office space was chosen to accommodate the organisation’s growing needs, the increasing number of projects, and the need to provide suitable working conditions for the team. A key selection criterion was also a convenient location, ensuring employees have easy access to the office thanks to a well-developed transport network.

As a result, in October 2022, TPF’s Polish headquarters were relocated to the NC3 building at 14B Postępu Street in Warsaw. The new location provides access to modern office facilities and excellent transport links, including convenient access to public transport, which makes it easier for staff to commute on a daily basis. It also promotes team integration and the efficient delivery of national and international projects.

The merge of TPF Sp. z o.o. and Getinsa Polska Sp. z o.o. companies.

As a result of the inclusion of GETINSA-PAYMA from Spain to TPF Groupe in June 2016, TPF Sp. z o.o. company merged with Getinsa Polska Sp. z o.o.. The merger had significantly increased the range of TPF's activities, its technical and HR potencial, as well as the ability to acquire new projects.

As TPF Sp. z o.o. company was developing rapidly, it was essencial to expand the office space, in order to integrate the personnel. In November 2017 TPF Sp. z o.o. company had changed its headquarters at Szyszkowa 34 St. for a new office at Annopol 22 St. in Warsaw.

Change of the company's name from E&L Architects Sp. z o.o. to TPF Sp. z o.o.

In August 2011, by the decision of the partners, E&L Architects Sp. z o.o. changed its name to TPF Sp. z o.o., in order to integrate more extensively with the group.

Originally, its main area of activity was concentrated around energy and Third Party Financing. Back then such an innovative concept became an inspiration for the company's name.

Today TPF group is one of the biggest multidisciplinary companies operating in the following sectors:

• construction,
• transport infrastructure,
• water and energy.

Signing of the firts contract with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (Railway company)

Signing of the firts contract with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (Railway company) In November 13th 2007 E&L Architects Sp. z o.o. company in consortium with TPF PLANEGE – Consultores de Engenharia e Gestao S.A. signed the first contract with PKP PLK S.A. on management and financial supervision over the railway project. It was the contract on Supervision and upgrading Gdynia Głowna Osobowa station, Stage I, under the project FS 2005/PL/16/C/PT/001, The upgrading of E65 railway line, section Warszawa – Gdynia, Stage II.

The execution lasted from November 2007 till July 2011. The overall cost of the contract on the construction works, based on FIDIC conditions, amounted to 46 473 210,99 euro gross. Whereas, the cost of the provided services by the consortium of TPF Sp. z o.o. and TPF PLANEGE – Consultores de Engenharia e Gestao S.A. companies amounted to almost 1,2 mln euro gross.

Signing of the first contract with General Directorate for National Roads and Highways

In August 19th 2006 E&L Architects Sp. z o.o. in the consortium with TPF PLANEGE – Consultores de Engenharia e Gestao S.A. signed the first contract with General Directorate for National Roads and Highways on management and financial supervision over the road project. It was the contract on Cohesion Fund project management no. 2004/PL/16/C/PT/003, the construction of A-1 motorway, Sośnica – Bełk section, including the construction works supervision. The execution lasted from August 2006 till December 2012.

The overall cost of the contract on the construction works, based on FIDIC conditions, amounted to 213 493 865,61 euro gross. Whereas, the cost of the provided services by the consortium of TPF Sp. z o.o. and TPF PLANEGE – Consultores de Engenharia e Gestao S.A. companies amounted to over 3,3 mln euro gross.

The takeover of E&L Architects Sp. z o.o. company by TPF N.V from Belgium, belonging to the TPF group, based in Brussels.

In January 2001 E&L Architects Sp. z o.o. company was taken over by TPF N.V, joining the international TPF group. It was formed in 1991. Originally, it's main area of activity was concentrated around energy and Third Party Financing. Back then such an innovative concept became an inspiration for the company's name. TPF had activated fast on the engineering market.

The formation of E&L Architects Sp. z o.o. company

E&L Projects Sp. z o.o. company was registered in 1994 on the initiative of two Belgian architects, Etienne Declercq and Luca Van Valckenborgha. Four years later it split into two companies E&L Architects Sp. z o.o. and E&L Real Estates Sp. z o.o. The main business area of E&L Projects brand, later E&L Architects, was architectural design.

The concept of three office buildings Jerozolimskie Business Park in Warsaw was one of the first projects executed by E&L Architects. When the construction works were finished, it became the first permanent headquarters of the company. In 1996 Jerozolimskie Business Park building was awarded the Building of the year 1996.
