We are pleased to announce that on behalf of the Pomerania Development Agency, TPF Sp. z o.o. is developing a project for the Letnica Office office building at 12 Sucha Street in Gdansk.

On behalf of Szpitale Pomorskie Sp. z o.o., TPF Sp. z o.o. is carrying out the service of developing comprehensive project documentation for the investment titled "Expansion of the Gdynia Oncology Center at the PCK Maritime Hospital in Gdynia." The documentation pertains to facilities located within the GCO premises at 1 Powstania Styczniowego Street in Gdynia and covers the design of a new hospital building, as well as the renovation and reconstruction of part of the existing buildings.

In September 2023, TPF Sp. z o.o. signed a contract for the development of design and cost documentation, as well as for providing author supervision, as part of the investment project titled "Reconstruction of the Building at Żwirki i Wigury 93 for Educational and Scientific Purposes." This project is part of the Long-Term Program "University of Warsaw 2016-2027" and involves comprehensive documentation preparation and expert support during the investment’s implementation. As part of its operations, TPF Sp. z o.o. has prepared and developed a multidisciplinary design documentation for the QC laboratory building, located within the Chimpharm "SANTO" pharmaceutical plant in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. The project, commissioned by the Tech Engineering office, was entirely developed using BIM technology in Autodesk Revit.

TPF Sp. z o.o. had the honor of delivering a comprehensive design service for an investment project involving the construction of an athletics hall with a sports shooting range and an athletics stadium in Katowice. The project was located on plots in the area of Kościuszki and Zgrzebnioka streets. As part of the contract, we prepared complete design documentation, including the building and execution designs, as well as technical specifications, investor cost estimates, and bills of quantities. Our responsibilities also included providing author supervision during the investment's implementation phase.

Between 2022 and 2023, TPF Sp. z o.o. had the honor of participating in the implementation of a comprehensive project to adapt an existing industrial building for the needs of a modern Cryo installation in hall H17D. This project was a key element of the task named Cryo, carried out at the Polpharma S.A. Pharmaceutical Plant in Starogard Gdański. The project was commissioned by Tech Engineering Ltd. In March 2022, TPF Sp. z o.o. began the implementation of a construction project titled: "Design and Construction of a Student Housing Facility on Wenedów Street in Warsaw." As part of the collaboration, we provided technical support in supervising the design process and the execution of construction works.

On behalf of Provincial Hospital in Poznan, TPF Sp. z o.o. carried out the following service: "Preparation of conceptual design and partial design and cost estimate documentation for the investment named "Expansion of the Wielkopolska Specialist Center - stage I - design documentation", divided into Stage 1 - Development of concept, cost estimates and visualization for the entire investment, Stage 2 - Construction Design for building F and ED (part of building D) with a driveway for ambulances and road system".

In January 2019, TPF Sp. z o.o. commenced the implementation of a 13-month project titled “Reconstruction of the Headquarters Building of ‘Katowice City of Gardens – Krystyna Bochenek Cultural Institution,’” commissioned by the City of Katowice. 

A new PKP Włocławek railway project was built at the place of the demolished object from the '70s. Due to its primarily function and location it was built in close cooperation with city authorities. It is a typical example of a contemporary architecture of transport infrastructure, as regards its comfort and safety of passenger traffic, as well as optimization of energy consumption and user-costs. It combines distinctive architectonic form with perfect functional qualities and contemporary requirements demanded from such objects.

In May 2019, TPF Sp. z o.o., in cooperation with the local design office TBiArchitekci, began work on a project commissioned by PKP S.A., involving the comprehensive development of pre-design, design, and related documentation for the task entitled “Redevelopment of the Gdańsk – Wrzeszcz Railway Station,” carried out under the Railway Station Investment Program for the years 2016–2023.

Between May 2019 and July 2024, TPF Sp. z o.o. developed pre-design, design-related, and detailed design documentation, including construction and execution designs for the building (including architectural and structural), road, and installation sectors — covering sanitary, electrical, technical, and telecommunication systems — along with accompanying services necessary for the preparation of the project documentation.
