The complex of four office buildings located at the main artery of Warsaw (Jerusalem Avenue), close to Warszawa Zachodnia Station.

In 2015 the set of the office buildings was upgraded. It included the renovation of the entrance halls and common rooms, a total change of the way the area around the building is managed. It all helped to achieve Warsaw's unique character of green courtyard for the pedestrians - no roads and parking lots in front of the buildings. The project was honored with Polish Union of the Building Industry Engineers and Technicians (Polski Zwiazek Inzynierow i Technikow Budownictwa) award The Building of the Year.

TPF Sp. z o.o. company (old E&L Architects) has carried out a complex projects of all the building, managed the investments and provided author's and investor's supervision services.
