In March 2022, TPF Sp. z o.o. commenced the provision of technical support services involving supervision over the design process and the execution of construction works for the project titled “Design and Construction of a Student Housing Facility at Wenedów Street in Warsaw”, carried out for our Client — Xior Student Housing NV.

The hotel is located near Joint Forced Training Centre buildings in Bydgoszcz.. This building has been designed mainly as the lodging place for NATO soldiers, who are to be trained in JFTC. Hotel *** will have 180 suites at 8 above-ground floors. The building has one underground floor with fitness area with with disabled access.
