In May 2019, TPF Sp. z o.o., in cooperation with the local design office TBiArchitekci, began work on a project commissioned by PKP S.A., involving the comprehensive development of pre-design, design, and related documentation for the task entitled “Redevelopment of the Gdańsk – Wrzeszcz Railway Station,” carried out under the Railway Station Investment Program for the years 2016–2023.

The scope of TPF’s work includes:
• Preparation of pre-design and related documentation,
• Development of construction and detailed designs in the fields of architecture, structural engineering, roadworks, sanitary systems, electrical systems, telecommunication, and ICT,
• Performing author supervision over the execution of construction works.

The investment was divided into seven stages, corresponding to the standard phases of documentation development, obtaining approvals and administrative decisions, and supervising the construction process. The facility received a building permit, construction work began in 2021, and in November 2023, the new station building was handed over for use.
