TPF Sp. z o.o. implements for General Directorate for National Roads and Highways design supervision and construction works execution, as well as Contract management of the following task: Design and construction of S17 expressway on the interchange section Zakręt (including interchange) - Lubelska interchange (not including interchange) of about 2,5 km length .

The contract consists of Zakręt interchange construction at S17 and DK2 roads intersection, as well as necessary technical infrastructure, buildings and construction facilities. The above section is a part of WOW (Warsaw eastern bypass). As a part of the construction task there are 2 carriageways consisting of 3 lanes and hard shoulder, median with the verges, engineering facilities, pedestrian footbridge, environment protection facilities (acoustic screens, rainwater storage reservoirs), as well as reconstruction of the existing local road network.
