The construction of the expressway S61 in the section of Kolno (including the interchange) to Stawiski interchange includes:

S61 express road construction in the section Suwałki – Budzisko (including Szypliszek bypass) consisted of:

• the construction of the S class road with a cross-section of 2x2 with concrete paving of 13,032 km total length;
• additional carriageway (left-side) at Stawiski bypass on the parameters of the express carriageway with concrete paving of 3,395 km total length;
• existing carriageway reconstruction (ultimately right-side) on Stwiski bypass with a cross-section of the express carriageway with concrete paving of 2,589 km total length;
• the construction of public road 63 of GP class with asphalt concrete paving of 2,072 km total length;
• the reconstruction of the county road 1903B of Z class with asphalt concrete paving of 0,978 km total length;
• engineering facilities construction;
• the construction of Górki Zachód and Górki Wschód MOPs (rest area) as MOP of I type;
• reconstruction of municipal(gminas) and powiats (counties) roads;
• construction of the traffic safety equipment and environment protection facilities.
