In March 2022, TPF Sp. z o.o. began the implementation of a construction project titled: "Design and Construction of a Student Housing Facility on Wenedów Street in Warsaw."

As part of the collaboration, we provided technical support in supervising the design process and the execution of construction works.

Our scope of work included:

• Verification of project documentation, including checking the compliance of the execution design with the building permit decision, analyzing architectural plans, reviewing the project specifications provided by the developer, and verifying compliance with Xior's requirements and standards.
• Environmental compliance control, such as analyzing documentation for adherence to environmental protection regulations and verifying the applied ecological solutions and their impact on the surroundings.
• Project lifecycle monitoring, ensuring supervision over the design documentation at every stage of the investment and maintaining compliance with the project assumptions and construction schedule.
• Supervision of construction works, based on approved documentation, including quality control of work and materials, adherence to schedules, and oversight of all formal agreements related to construction, final acceptance, and obtaining an occupancy permit.

Thanks to our support, the investor gained confidence that the construction process was carried out in accordance with the highest quality standards and legal compliance.
