In the period from January 2023 to January 2024, TPF Sp. z o.o. commenced implementation of a project involving the development of a multi-discipline documentation and cost estimate, on the basis of which we obtained an administrative building permit for the investment "Construction and equipping of the PUZ Innovation and Technology Transfer Centre in Ciechanów". The commissioning party for the work was the Ignacy Mościcki State Vocational College Academy of Applied Sciences in Ciechanów.Our specialists, using advanced BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, undertook the following tasks:
- Preparation of geotechnical documentation,
- Development of design concepts,
- Preparation of construction and execution projects,
- Creation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works,
- Preparation of bills of quantities,
- Development of safety and health protection information,
- Preparation of the building's energy performance characteristics.
The Innovation and Technology Transfer Center will be built adjacent to the university’s main building on Narutowicza Street. Its primary goal is to expand and enrich the university's educational and laboratory facilities while also broadening its educational offerings.
The use of BIM technology in this project allows for multi-criteria analysis of the building's performance and its optimization. This ensures the highest quality and precision at every stage of the investment’s execution.
