Reconstruction of the Building at Żwirki i Wigury 93 for Educational and Scientific Purposes as Part of the Long-Term Program "University of Warsaw 2016-2027"

In September 2023, TPF Sp. z o.o. signed a contract for the development of design and cost documentation, as well as for providing author supervision, as part of the investment project titled "Reconstruction of the Building at Żwirki i Wigury 93 for Educational and Scientific Purposes."

This project is part of the Long-Term Program "University of Warsaw 2016-2027" and involves comprehensive documentation preparation and expert support during the investment’s implementation. Under the contract, TPF Sp. z o.o. is responsible for:

Preparing complete design and cost documentation,
Providing author supervision over construction works,
Ensuring compliance of the project with applicable regulations and contractual provisions.

The aim of this investment is to adapt the building to modern educational and scientific standards, thereby improving working and learning conditions at the University of Warsaw.
