Railway station 18 Gdynia Główna Osobowa

TPF Sp. z o.o. (old E&L Architekt Sp. z o.o.) in the consortium with TPF Planege-Consultores de Engenharia e Gestao S.A. has implemented for PKP PLK S.A. the following service: Supervision and upgrade of Gdynia Główna Osobowa, stage I within the project no. 2005/PL/16/C/PT/001 The upgrading of E 65 rail line, section Warszawa – Gdynia, stage II.

The project 2005/PL/16/C/PT/001 The upgrading of E 65 rail line, section Warszawa – Gdynia, stage II consisted of E 65 rail line upgrading in the section Warszawa – Gdynia was a part of The strategy of Cohesion Fund usage in 2004-2006 adopted by Ministry of Economy and Labor on July 30th, 2004 (OJ No. 176 item 1827) stating the element of the activities aiming at the upgrade of VI European railway transport corridor in the territory of Poland.

The project included the following works:

  • - tracks upgrade with total length of 5,80 km, along with subgrade and drainage system upgrade;
  • the construction of 51 railroad switches, along with subgrade and drainage system;
  • reconstruction of 10,8 km long track system;
  • development of computer facilities for PKP PLK rail traffic control;
  • reconstruction of the remaining elements of railway infrastructure within the process of barriers and collisions elimination with the reconstructed track system.
