TPF Sp. z o.o. implements for Association of Szczecin Metropolitan Area the following service: Performs management related services of Contract Engineer, control coordination, construction works and services supervision and settlement, the task of which is the implementation of the tasks within the project Szczecin Metropolitan railway construction, using the existing rail line sections 406, 273, 351.
The project includes creation of public transport line in Szczecin Metropolitan Area using existing rail lines. The project will include integrated rail transport with complementary bus lines. Creation of transfer nodes, connecting different transport branches has to increase the role of public transport in the voivodeship area.
The project is located in Pomeranian Voivodeship in the territory of Szczecin, Stargard, Goleniów, Gryfino, Kobylanka, Polic and Stargard municipality. It relates to the creation of SKM system on the existing rail lines:
- no. 351, Stargard – Szczecin Główny section,
- no. 273 Gryfino – Szczecin Główny section,
- no. 401 Szczecin – Goleniów with a branch to LK 402 and 434 to PL Szczecin Goleniów,
- no. 406 with it upgrading in the section Szczecin – Police with the construction of the second track in the section Szczecin Główny - Szczecin Turzyn.
It is planned to reconstruct or upgrade 23,75 km long rail lines, to build the integrated nods and stops with P&R i B&R parkings (elevators, ramp for the disabled) and facilities concerning transport integration (ticket vending machines, ticket validators).
