Since June 2023, TPF Sp. z o.o. has been providing services for the Municipality of the City of Częstochowa under the contract titled: "Provision of services related to the role of Contract Engineer for the project: Reconstruction of Aleja Wojska Polskiego – National Road No. 1 in Częstochowa (currently National Road No. 91)."

The investment, which was ultimately opened to traffic in the first half of 2024, involved a comprehensive modernization of an approximately 5.5-kilometer section of the road, stretching from Aleja Jana Pawła II to Rakowska Street, including the reconstruction of side exits and the construction of multi-level intersections at the junctions with Legionów Street, Krakowska Street, Rejtana Street, and Aleja Pokoju.

As part of the project, the following works were carried out:

• Construction of new sidewalks, bicycle paths, and bus bays – aimed at improving the comfort and safety of pedestrians and cyclists,
• Construction of pedestrian footbridges – adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, ensuring safe crossings over the roadway,
• Construction of three underground passages and bridges – facilitating traffic flow and increasing road capacity,

• The construction of five new bridge structures, including three multi-level intersections, minimizing traffic conflicts and improving urban transportation.

The goal of the project was not only to modernize road infrastructure but also to enhance traffic flow and the safety of all road users. Thanks to this investment, Aleja Wojska Polskiego has become a modern transportation backbone of Częstochowa, serving both residents and travelers while contributing to the sustainable development of the city and the region.
