In June 2022, TPF Sp. z o.o., commissioned by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, began implementing the service titled: "Investor supervision for the project: Reconstruction of National Road No. 91 on the Terespol-Stolno section (excluding the bridge over the Vistula River)."

The works were carried out from the intersection with Chełmińska Street in Świecie at km 141+100 and ended near the intersection with Provincial Road No. 550 at km 148+600.00. The bridge over the Vistula River was excluded from the project.

As part of the reconstruction, the following works were completed: reconstruction and channelization of intersections, construction of a small roundabout, reconstruction (including widening and strengthening) of National Road No. 91, construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths, construction of an additional overtaking lane on an incline, reconstruction and construction of bus bays and access roads, reconstruction of a vehicle inspection and weighing bay, and the reconstruction of existing traffic signals at intersections.

The purpose of the project was to reconstruct National Road No. 91, with the expected outcome being an improvement in road surface conditions, traffic flow, and user comfort. Traffic calming measures were also introduced, contributing to improved road safety on the section in question.
