The office building complex designed at the industrial area of the old factory, located in the rapidly developing business district of Służewiec, the neighborhood in Warsaw.

The investment planned to be executed in five phases in a form of a contemporary seven-storey complex of office buildings.

TPF Sp. z o.o. company (old E&L Architects) has developed the urban-spatial study, the project of the whole complex, including work stages planning and construction documentation for the first phase of the investment, which received the construction permit.
