The hotel is located near Joint Forced Training Centre buildings in Bydgoszcz.. This building has been designed mainly as the lodging place for NATO soldiers, who are to be trained in JFTC. Hotel *** will have 180 suites at 8 above-ground floors. The building has one underground floor with fitness area with with disabled access. .

The hotel will have restaurants for 200-250 guest and conference room for 250 persons which could be divided for 3 smaller rooms. The conference room will be equipped with the latest technology appliances and audiovisual system. In the underground there will be a garage with 165 parking places for guests and personnel.
