Jana Pawła II International Airport Kraków-Balice Office Complex

On June 1, 2026, TPF Sp. z o.o. signed a contract with Jana Pawła II International Airport Kraków-Balice to prepare the comprehensive, multi-disciplinary design documentation for a new office complex.

The investment is part of the airport's long-term development strategy, stemming from the need to relocate offices from the current administration building to free up space for a future passenger terminal. The new facility, with a planned area of approximately 9,500 sq. m., will house office space for Kraków Airport and MPL Services employees, the headquarters of the Aviation Education Centre, and space for a future police station.

Under the contract, TPF Sp. z o.o. is responsible for:

  • Developing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary design documentation, covering architectural, structural, and installation solutions.
  • Designing the facility in accordance with the principles of sustainable development to obtain BREEAM certification, and implementing solutions that support achieving a zero-emission standard for the building during its operational phase.
  • Close cooperation with the Investor to incorporate all functional, technical, and environmental requirements related to the airport infrastructure.
