In January 2019, TPF Sp. z o.o. commenced the implementation of a 13-month project titled “Reconstruction of the Headquarters Building of ‘Katowice City of Gardens – Krystyna Bochenek Cultural Institution,’” commissioned by the City of Katowice.

The project involved the development of design documentation, feasibility study elements, and an energy audit for the reconstruction of the “Katowice City of Gardens – Krystyna Bochenek Cultural Institution” building. The implementation also included optional services, such as author supervision over construction works and participation in public consultations.

The scope of work included, among others:

• Conducting an energy audit covering the comprehensive thermal modernization of the building and preparing a document titled “Elements of the Feasibility Study,”

• Developing comprehensive design documentation based on the selected thermal modernization variant resulting from the energy audit, as well as for the reconstruction of the building. This included, among other things, investment activities and improvements aimed at reducing energy demand and consumption, asbestos removal from the facility, and reconstruction to ensure its intended future functionality,

• Preparing technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, an investor's cost estimate, as well as pre-design works.
