TPF Sp. z o.o. implements for General Directorate for National Roads and Highways the design and works implantation supervision as well as the following Contract management: Design and construction of S3 road in the section Miękowo – the end of Brzozowa bypass along with the extension of Miękowo-Rzęśnica section - The construction of Brzozowa bypass within S3 road, as well as public road adjustment to the parameters of public experssroad no.3 in the section Brzozowo-Miękowo.

S3 expressway runs through the west border of Poland and will ultimately connect Świnoujście (see ferry terminal) with Czech Republic in Lubawce. Brzozowo - Miękowo section is located in the Northern part of West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It starts with Brzozowo town and ends in the beginning of the existing Miękowo bypass. It is a double-carriageway with 2 lanes on each carriageway. The road access is possible only in the interchanges, however, the local traffic functions with the help of collision-free crossroads from one side of the road to another.

The scope of the investment includes the construction of about 22,38 km long expressway, the construction of Brzozowo, Przybiernów, Babigoszcz road interchanges, engineering facilities (viaducts, bridges, estacade, animal crossroads, culverts), frontage roads for local traffic services, drainage systems, public roads reconstruction, electricity networks, water supply systems and the construction of environmental protection infrastructure (animal crossroads, culverts, acoustic screens, separation nets, devices for pre-treating rainwater).
