Between 2022 and 2023, TPF Sp. z o.o. had the honor of participating in the implementation of a comprehensive project to adapt an existing industrial building for the needs of a modern Cryo installation in hall H17D. This project was a key element of the task named Cryo, carried out at the Polpharma S.A. Pharmaceutical Plant in Starogard Gdański.

The project was commissioned by Tech Engineering Ltd. As part of the assignment, we completed a full range of design work, including:

• Site inspection and documentation analysis,
• Development of the architectural, structural, and road basic design for hall H-17D,
• Building Permit design for the Cryo installation in hall H-17D and the executive design of the hall, including obtaining a building permit administrative decision.
• Technical and structural expertise of the H-17D building,
• Modified construction design for hall H-17D, providing additional documentation necessary for obtaining an amended building permit for the investor,
• Update of the executive design by adapting the documentation to new requirements and technical conditions resulting from the investment implementation.

Project Outcomes:

Thanks to our comprehensive efforts, hall H-17D has been adapted to meet the requirements of the modern Cryo installation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Each stage of work was carried out in compliance with current building regulations and investor requirements, allowing for the smooth execution of the entire project.
