On 27.06.2022, TPF Sp. z o.o. signed an agreement with PKP PLK S.A, the Mazovian Voivodeship - Mazovian Voivodeship Road Authority and the City of Sulejówek, the subject of which is "Management and investor supervision of the implementation of the investment task: "Construction of a road tunnel in the course of provincial road No. 638 with simultaneous elimination of a railroad crossing at rail level at km 19.376 of the railroad line No. 2 Warszawa Zachodnia - Terespol and reconstruction of the road system connecting to the planned road tunnel" within the framework of the POIiŚ 5.1-21 project "Improvement of safety at railroad intersections with roads - Stage II - viaduct part".
