A multi-tenant contemporary office building with efficient and flexible arrangement of the office space. The building is situated on the corner of Konstruktorska and Suwak streets.

Konstruktorska Office Development is designed around gardens spreading from the internal courtyards. The building consists of 7 floors, including two-storey arcades leading to the courtyards with common facilities available for public. The space between the arcades acts like a junction, controlling the movement from outside to the inside of the object. Car parking for tenants and for visitors is located in the underground.
