Tulipan House

Barely four-storey office object with centrally located glazed atrium to the full building height, designed to provide people with a productive and eco-friendly work space. The building is highly efficient. Column free space system enables open-space arrangement, as well as separate work places and office rooms division. Two-storey underground garage containing almost 500 parking spaces is accessible from the atrium through elevators and stairs. Tulipan Hoise was designed as one of the first office buildings in Warsaw meeting strict standards of energy consumption limits combined with comfort of use. As one of the first office buildings in Poland it received the green BREEAM certificate, evaluated as "very good".

TULIPAN HOUSE was awarded in Europe & Arfica Property Awards 2009 competition in the category of Commercial Architecture category. It won the third place in Maciej Nowicki Architecture of Artificial Light contest and got a distinction in the 4th edition of 20+10+X World Architecture Community Awards.

In 2002-2006 TPF company has carried out a multi-discipline construction and detailed design project. The construction of the object was completed in 2008.
