The New Jutrzenki Office Building is situated at the complex of Jutrzenki Business Park. The Building has around 2500 m² of the office area located on 4 regularly shaped above-ground storey. Another 50 parking lots are available in front of the building.

The New Jutrzenki Office Building is fully eco and user friendly, which was further confirmed by BREEAM In-Use certificate, evaluated as very good.

TPF Sp. z o.o. company (old E&L Architects) developed technical documentation, based on which it received the construction permit.
