The development consists of two sixteen-storey twin buildings situated on the opposite side of the entrance road to Błonie - one of the suburban cities.

Both towers are surrounded with 6-7 storey buildings intended to be used for the apartment, retail buildings and hotels. According to the concept of the Investor, the placement of the buildings had to create the entrance gate to the town and to establish new landmark for Błonie.

TPF Sp. z o.o. company (old E&L Architects) conducted the conceptual study for the prepared project of the new Błonia centre in 2008.
