Between May 2019 and July 2024, TPF Sp. z o.o. developed pre-design, design-related, and detailed design documentation, including construction and execution designs for the building (including architectural and structural), road, and installation sectors — covering sanitary, electrical, technical, and telecommunication systems — along with accompanying services necessary for the preparation of the project documentation.

In addition, the scope of work included providing author’s supervision during the implementation of the “Reconstruction of the Gdańsk Oliwa Railway Station” project.

The reconstruction documentation was completed and handed over to the Investor. However, the approval process and potential implementation (construction) were suspended by the Investor due to prolonged negotiations with potential tenants of the redeveloped facility.
