TPF Sp. z o.o. carried out the contract entitled “Preparation of Additional Design Documentation under the Investment Task: Reconstruction of the Łuków Railway Station.”
As part of the project, our team was responsible for the comprehensive preparation of pre-design, design-related, and detailed design documentation in the following disciplines:
- Construction – including architectural and structural design,
- Roadworks,
- Installations – covering sanitary, electrical, telecommunication, and teletechnical systems.
The project also included a range of accompanying services aimed at ensuring the highest quality and compliance of the developed documentation with the investor’s requirements and applicable regulations.
In addition, TPF Sp. z o.o. provided author’s supervision over the construction works, ensuring:
- ongoing verification of compliance between the works and the design documentation,
- consultations on the possibility of applying alternative solutions,
- preparation of additional drawings clarifying technical details,
- participation in technical and coordination meetings with all parties involved in the investment process.
Thanks to our team’s extensive experience and close cooperation with the investor, the project was completed in accordance with the highest technical and functional standards.
In August 2023, an agreement was signed for an additional design scope, which included the supplementation of the investment project with interior furnishing and finishing designs for the space dedicated to the Łuków Cultural Centre (ŁOK), intended for the operation of a performance hall. The scope also covered the preparation of additional documentation, namely: a stage technology design consisting in particular of electroacoustic systems, cinema technology, stage mechanics, stage lighting, acoustic adaptation, and stage management installations, along with the preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates for the new project scope, and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB).
The project involved the completion and supplementation of the building, technical, and execution design documentation. Design works were completed in November 2024, and construction works began in January 2025.
