From Northern side with double carriageway section Gorzów Wlkp. – Międzyrzecz Północ interchange (Głębokie) as well as from Southern side double carriageway section. Międzyrzecz Południe (Nietoperek) interchange – Sulechów interchange. There was built an additional interchange in the place of the expressway intersection with voivodeship 137 road voivodeship – Międzyrzecz Zachód (Międzyrzecz) interchange. The left carriageway along with the objects over the bypass and culverts had been built on the previous stage of the project.

Moreover, the scope of investment included of the expressway construction of two lanes of both directions, two separated road interchanges, the construction of engineering facilities, construction and reconstruction of the existing road networks and local roads, sidewalks, cycle paths and bus lanes constructions, as well as construction and reconstruction of technical infrastructure, in particular, the lighting, energy, sewage, telephone, gas and traffic management networks.
