TPF Sp. z o.o. has implemented for General Directorate for National Roads and Highways Author's supervision of the following service: The construction of the second carriageway of S3 expressway in the section Sulechów – Nowa Sól from km 272+650 to km 316+640.

The subject of the project was the construction of II carriageway of S3 expressway of 43,99 km length. The above task was divided into 3 implementation parts:

1. The section I: 13,39 km long Sulechów–Zielona Góra Północ
2. The section II: 13,31 km long Zielona Góra Północ–w. Niedoradz,
3. The section III: 17,29 km Niedoradz–DW no. 283
