The hotel is located near Joint Forced Training Centre buildings in Bydgoszcz.. This building has been designed mainly as the lodging place for NATO soldiers, who are to be trained in JFTC. Hotel *** will have 180 suites at 8 above-ground floors. The building has one underground floor with fitness area with with disabled access.

Barely four-storey office object with centrally located glazed atrium to the full building height, designed to provide people with a productive and eco-friendly work space. The building is highly efficient. Column free space system enables open-space arrangement, as well as separate work places and office rooms division. Two-storey underground garage containing almost 500 parking spaces is accessible from the atrium through elevators and stairs. Tulipan Hoise was designed as one of the first office buildings in Warsaw meeting strict standards of energy consumption limits combined with comfort of use. As one of the first office buildings in Poland it received the green BREEAM certificate, evaluated as "very good".

A multi-tenant contemporary office building with efficient and flexible arrangement of the office space. The building is situated on the corner of Konstruktorska and Suwak streets. Konstruktorska Office Development is designed around gardens spreading from the internal courtyards.

A complex of two office buildings located at Jerusalem Avenue (Aleje Jerozolimskie) one of the main business streets in Warsaw. The distinctive architectural shape of the building was inspired by a flagship of the Polish Ocean Lines, formerly famous transatlantic liner T/S Stefan Batory.

Two low twin office buildings located between two main business streets of Warsaw - Aleje Jerozolimskie and Aleja Krakowska. The buildings consit of 4 above-ground floors and one-storey underground garage. TPF Sp. z o.o. company (old E&L Architects) has carried out the projects based on the Client's concept, managed the investments and provided author's and investor's supevision services.

Reynaers Distribution Center was designed in 1998-1999, in Piaseczno, not far away from Warsaw. Extension of the office building was carried out in 2005-2006. It involved adding another office floor (2nd floor- 250 m2) saving the look of the existing facade. The extension of warehouse was executed in 2007-2009.

The main FABA company headquarters building is a cozy office located in the centre of Baboszewo village, not far away from Warsaw. Three storey office space was designed and adjusted to the individual needs of the investor. Interior of the building is enhanced with a stylish atrium with the height of all the floors. The facade of the building is the combination of the high quality of travertine, glass and aluminum.

The New Jutrzenki Office Building is situated at the complex of Jutrzenki Business Park. The Building has around 2500 m² of the office area located on 4 regularly shaped above-ground storey. Another 50 parking lots are available in front of the building.

The development consists of two sixteen-storey twin buildings situated on the opposite side of the entrance road to Błonie - one of the suburban cities. Both towers are surrounded with 6-7 storey buildings intended to be used for the apartment, retail buildings and hotels. According to the concept of the Investor, the placement of the buildings had to create the entrance gate to the town and to establish new landmark for Błonie.

A complex of five office buildings located at Aleje Jerozolimskie, one of the main business streets in Warsaw, is one of its most recognizable architectural landmark. The buildings consist of 7 above-ground floors chained together by a multistory car park. The facade is covered with Flemish red ceramic bricks, which makes it look more industrial. For years, the complex has been attracting the leasees.

The office building complex designed at the industrial area of the old factory, located in the rapidly developing business district of Służewiec, the neighborhood in Warsaw. The investment planned to be executed in five phases in a form of a contemporary seven-storey complex of office buildings.

B+ office building complex located in Włochy, the neighborhood in Warsaw close to Chopin Airport. The building consists of 6 above-ground floors and one-storey underground garage. The office building erected in 2000 met the height standards of efficiency in work space organization. To this day the building attracts corporate lessee.
